Cyan Core — Automated Local PCB Fabrication

Cyan Core is an in-house PCB fabrication system engineered for fast-turnaround electronics development. The platform integrates automated milling, double-layer alignment, drilling, and job queuing into a unified workflow accessible through a web-based interface. Current development is focused on validating core fabrication processes: manual PCB production is being used to characterize trace resolution, copper removal strategies, alignment accuracy, and end-to-end workflow requirements. These empirical tests are directly informing the automation architecture and guiding the mechanical design of the first fully integrated prototype. The system aims to eliminate overseas lead times and give hardware teams deterministic next-day PCB iteration.
